In 2025, Pacific Life employees around the world came together to support nonprofits and strengthen the communities where we live and work. In total, 3,420 Pacific Life Volunteers logged 21,000 hours of service, helping improve lives and create lasting positive change.
During the 2025 Month of Service, Pacific Life Volunteers proudly participated in our Month of Service, uniting employees from around the world in volunteer activities that supported community-impact driven charities. Through these efforts, 26,000+ individuals were helped across 7 counties.
In 2025, our commitment to making a positive difference for our oceans came to life through 22 environmental activities across eight cities worldwide. Employees partnered with trusted local and global organizations to restore habitats, protect waterways, and reduce pollution, demonstrating how local action can drive global impact. Together, nearly 500 volunteers collected more than 1,340 pounds of debris from waterways and parks, creating a ripple effect of stewardship that extended far beyond each individual event.
In 2025, Pacific Life employees demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to service, with 117 employees around the world volunteering 25 or more hours and 27 employees contributing more than 100 hours each. Nearly 6,300 volunteer hours with 192 nonprofit organizations were recorded through the Pacific Life Foundation’s Individual Volunteer Hours program. Through the Foundation’s Volunteer Match program, employees were also eligible to request a $10 grant for every qualified volunteer hour, up to $1,000 annually, amplifying the impact of their service in communities around the globe.

From offsite conferences to onsite team meetings, many of our most impactful volunteer moments were driven by departments coming together to serve side-by-side. Throughout the year, 100 community-focused team events took place, uniting teams while doing good for the local community.
