Pacific Life celebrated the season of giving through our annual Operation Holiday Helper, where employees donated gifts and volunteered their time with local nonprofit partners. Through the company’s annual holiday gift drive, more than 825 gifts were purchased by hundreds of employees for our local Boys & Girls Clubs, families and seniors in need. This included the adoption of 26 families participating in Orange County United Way’s SparkPoint OC financial literacy program at Kinoshita Elementary School in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Benefitting Charities

In addition, employees became ‘Holiday Helpers’ with 15 department teams incorporating service projects into their holiday festivities, and many more employees volunteering individually to support charities in their local communities across the country:

  • Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lynchburg
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands
  • CASA for Douglas County
  • Council on Aging – Southern California
  • Orange County United Way/SparkPoint OC Center at Kinoshita Elementary
