Pacific Life Employees Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness in Pink Ribbon Style

More than 300 PL employees, friends, and family supported this year’s Race for the Cure event.

This past September at Pacific Life, more than 300 employees, family, and friends donned pink bandanas, a bright pink whale t-shirt, and running shoes to participate in and support the Orange County Race for the Cure, a 5K walk that benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure, an organization at the forefront of ensuring that life-saving breast health initiatives are accessible to all people in the community.   At the 2018 Orange County Race, Pacific Life had one of the largest teams.

Since the start of the Orange County event 27 years ago, Pacific Life’s headquarters have been the proud Home of the Race.  Holding encouragement and memorial signs, pink clad runners and walkers start and finish the Race right outside of our building, and a host of expo activities and celebrations take place in the parking lots.

In addition to being the Home of the Race, Pacific Life is a proud sponsor of both the Orange County and Omaha Race for the Cure events.
