Prior to joining Pacific Life in 2017, Seaver held positions with the American Council of Life Insurers, the American Bankers Association, the Agricultural Retailers Association, as well as serving as deputy chief of staff and legislative director in the U.S. House of Representatives. Seaver is a graduate of Duke University.
