Supplier Nondiscrimination

As stated in Pacific Life’s policy on Preventing Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation, Company suppliers are strictly prohibited from discriminating on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal or state law. Further, Pacific Life requires that suppliers themselves prohibit any and all such discrimination in hiring and employment practices.

Our suppliers are to comply with the following statement, referenced in Pacific Life’s current Master Service Agreement:

Pacific Life requires that each Supplier shall not discriminate against an employee, volunteer, or participant of the Supplier on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal or state law. It is expressly understood that upon receipt of evidence of discrimination under any of these categories, Pacific Life shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. If the Supplier or any owner, subsidiary, or other firm affiliated with or related to the Supplier is found by the responsible enforcement agency or the courts to be in violation of this agreement or applicable laws, Pacific Life may choose to conduct no further business with the Supplier.
