Sales Academy Success

The Sales Academy, an award-winning career development program recognized by the Association for Talent Development, offers a unique opportunity for a select group of Internal Wholesalers to take their careers to the next level. It’s an intensive 12-month program consisting of virtual and in-person classroom learning, professional networking, and a mentorship program. The curriculum focuses on the art and science of wholesaling and territory management as well as other effective strategies to build relationships with a customer, such as emotional intelligence (EQ) training and professional dining etiquette.
