Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP)
The IT Leadership Program jumpstarts your career by providing the ability to gain diverse experience across various IT and business sectors. You will be on a path to professional growth through four 6-month rotations that allow you to build strong technical and analytical skills. The program supports ongoing education, while enabling you to make a measurable impact on our business. Sales Associate Career Path
The Sales Associate role offers recent graduates an excellent full-time opportunity to launch a career in financial services. In this position, you’ll develop essential skills, collaborate closely with financial advisors, and gain hands-on experience with our annuity and mutual fund solutions—all while benefiting from structured mentorship. We support your professional growth by providing sponsorship and paid study hours to help you earn your FINRA licenses, including the SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63. Many of our Sales Associates earn promotions within just one year and successfully transition into Internal Wholesaler roles.
