Our Summer Internship Programs offer an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and get a head start on a full-time career at Pacific Life. Our internship programs provide the following:
Student Actuarial Rotation Program (StAR)
As an early career actuary at Pacific Life, we believe in giving you opportunities that challenge you to grow and broaden your experience. Our rotational program will allow you to gain exposure to multiple functional areas, products, and technologies as you work toward your FSA designation. You’ll also receive benefits like mentorship, paid study time, cost coverage for study materials and exam fees, and bonuses and raises for passing exams and achieving your designations. Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP)
The IT Leadership Program provides a jumpstart to your career by combining leadership development with the ability to gain diverse experience across various IT and business sectors. You will be on a path to professional growth through four 6-month rotations that allow you to build strong technical and analytical skills. The program supports ongoing education, while enabling you to make a measurable impact on our business. As an ITLP Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that would normally require 3-5 years of experience, such as becoming a people leader or technical expert. The Sales Academy
Recognized by the Association for Talent Development, our award-winning career development program offers a unique opportunity for Internal Wholesalers to take their careers to the next level.
