Our Institutional Business recently gathered in Newport Beach, CA for its annual Setting the Stage event. Team members came from across the country to celebrate accomplishments and growth, to plan for the coming year, and to officially introduce this year’s theme: Setting the Stage for Success.

Entertainment Extravaganza

We hosted an Entertainment Extravaganza to remind employees about their discounts and perks. Employee discounts aren’t just about saving money— they’re about enhancing our quality of life. Pacific Life offers an exciting array of employee discounts no matter where you work or travel throughout the U.S. These perks include local businesses, fitness, hotels, restaurants, cell phones, and more.

Our Flexible Workplace

A lot has changed since the pandemic – and so have we. We listened to our employees and now offer hybrid working. Why? It delivers the flexibility and work-life balance our people need to be their best.

Employees have varying work modes, depending on their role, including on-site, hybrid, and remote. Our U.S. offices are in Newport Beach, California, Omaha, Nebraska, and Lynchburg, Virginia. 

Newport Beach, California

Our headquarters since 1972

Our Newport Beach office was designed by William Pereira, an architect famous for his futuristic designs with a long list of clients including Disney. Our 238,000 square foot building has a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and is a short walk to the many restaurants and shops at Fashion Island.

Omaha, Nebraska

A Pacific Life hub since 2004

Omaha is Nebraska’s largest city, known for its world-renowned attractions. Our building is next door to the shops, restaurants, and movie theatre of the lively Aksarben Village. Did you know Aksarben is Nebraska spelled backwards? Another fun fact: the Omaha office was used as a pilot for our facilities updates like innovative spaces for collaboration. 

Lynchburg, Virginia

A Pacific Life hub since 2016

Our Virginia office is located in historic Lynchburg, which is bordered by the eastern edge of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Lynchburg is a vibrant and welcoming town that offers a riverfront downtown with restaurants, shopping, and a colorful arts and culture scene.
