We Help You Save for Retirement

Pacific Life makes an automatic contribution to employee 401K accounts, regardless of whether they contribute their own money. When employees do contribute their own money to their 401K, the company provides an additional matching contribution. The automatic company contribution and matching contribution are fully vested after three years of service.

  • Wellbeing Reimbursement is provided to employees for personal wellbeing expenses throughout the year. Employees use this benefit for fitness memberships, student loan payments, pets, activity classes, and more.
  • Our Employee Assistance Program gives employees and their household members access to free short-term counseling and work/life services through our health care provider. Employees can take advantage of this program to address personal concerns like family and relationship issues, anxiety, and more.
  • We provide paid parental leave to new parents and offer an adoption reimbursement program to support the many ways our employees can grow their families. Lactation rooms are provided in our offices for nursing parents.
  • Employees gain access to a fitness app with classes in fitness nutrition, stress and anxiety management, mindfulness and more.

Caring For Communities

Community is one of our core values at Pacific Life. We volunteer and donate to organizations year-round through our Pacific Life Foundation.

  • We offer a dollar-for-dollar match for employee contributions made to eligible nonprofit organizations, colleges, and universities every year.
  • Our employee volunteer organization donates time and active involvement in community activities such as building playgrounds, participating in waterway cleanups, and assembling hygiene kits.
  • Our 3Ts of Education Grants Program helps to fund K-12 education. Since 1998, we have contributed nearly 10.4 million to K-12 schools.
