SUPPORTING OUR EMPLOYEES

Our support for our employees goes beyond the great benefits we provide them. In 2021, we invested $1.7 million in grants to support 998 nonprofits and schools our employees are most passionate about.

Matching Gifts & United Way

Each employee is eligible for up to $10,500 in matching contributions from the Pacific Life Foundation, matching donations to eligible charities, colleges & universities, volunteer time, and through United Way. We are incredibly proud to have participated in the annual United Way campaign for more than 86 years.

3Ts of Education

Over the past 25 years, the Pacific Life Foundation is honored to have contributed nearly $10 million to strengthening the learning environment in hundreds of K-12 schools nationwide. We do this by supporting those schools with the highest concentrations of children and grandchildren of Pacific Life employees. Developed in 1998, the 3Ts of Education Grants Program funds K-12 education focused on: Teacher Training, Textbooks, and Technology, as designated by each school’s principal.

Employee Impact Grants

The Employee Impact Grants program encourages employees to nominate nonprofit organizations that are important and meaningful to them personally for a grant from the Pacific Life Foundation. This particular grant program is driven by employees, and is designed to share, celebrate, and recognize the impact that philanthropy and nonprofit organizations have on our own employees, their families and friends, and our local communities.

Community Involvement Grants

Every year, the Pacific Life Foundation supports its employees by making contributions to nonprofits for which Pacific Life officers serve as members of the nonprofit’s board of directors. $455,000 in grants were given to 32 nonprofits in 2021, providing general operating and programmatic support.

The Kidsingers organization is so excited about your continued support of our programs since 2003. It is such an honor to be affiliated with both Pacific Life and Kidsingers.
