Michele joined Pacific Life’s Customer Service team in 2001. In 2005, she became a PL&A Customer Service Specialist to specialize in New York contracts. In 2008, she piloted the launch of our Operations Account Management Team, using her ability to successfully build working relationships with our Financial Professionals and their offices. In 2016, she continued to utilize her great relationship skills and attention to detail when she transitioned to Conference Planning. Michele then returned to Customer Service to support our clients as a Senior Annuity Service Coordinator in 2021.
