Pacific Life Announces Annual Meeting of Members of Pacific Mutual Holding Company

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – March 26, 2019 – Pacific Life today announced that the Pacific Mutual Holding Company Annual Meeting of Members (Annual Meeting) will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. PT at Pacific Life’s Newport Beach headquarters located at 700 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach, California, 92660.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of directors to the Pacific Mutual Holding Company Board of Directors and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Annual Meeting is open to Pacific Life Insurance Company policyholders and contract holders as Members of Pacific Mutual Holding Company.
