BUSINESS HISTORY
Ms. Cunningham serves as senior vice president of Human Resources, ensuring strategic alignment of the organization’s human capital and Pacific Life’s business priorities. In this role, she leads all strategic human resource functions ensuring that Pacific Life has the talent, culture, work environment, and employee engagement to meet its business needs.

Prior to her promotion to senior vice president in 2017, Ms. Cunningham served as vice president, Human Resources Business Partners where she was responsible for organizational development and design across the company. Since joining Pacific Life, Ms. Cunningham has implemented, expanded and matured the Human Resources Business Partner model, which included introducing and integrating organizational design and development into the Business Partner roles.

Prior to joining Pacific Life in 2011, Ms. Cunningham spent 10 years with Parker Hannifin Corporation in a number of key human resource leadership roles across the country. She has led division human resource functions for a French-owned automotive manufacturer and held the corporate human resources vice president position for a global medical device manufacturing company. She also served as the chief administrative officer at CalOptima.
