BUSINESS HISTORY 
Mr. Celentano serves as executive vice president of the Retirement Solutions Division. As the head of the division, he is responsible for the growth, distribution, risk management and profitability of Pacific Life’s retail and institutional annuity product lines. Mr. Celentano is a member of Pacific Life’s Management Committee.

Mr. Celentano joined Pacific Life in 1992 as assistant vice president, Product Management, in the Institutional Products Division. In 1999, he was promoted to vice president, Structured Products, and was named senior vice president, Product Management, for the Investment Management Division in 2006. Mr. Celentano joined Enterprise Risk Management in 2011 and was appointed the enterprise-wide chief risk officer in 2012 where he served until 2017 when he joined the Retirement Solutions Division.

Mr. Celentano is a board member of Secure Retirement Institute and the Southwest region of Canine Companions for Independence. He is a past chair of the ACLI’s Global Risk Management Committee and the North American CRO Council. Mr. Celentano has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Irvine and as a guest lecturer at the University of Notre Dame.
