I joined Pacific Life in 2019 as a Business Services Specialist. Then, I was promoted to Senior Business Service Specialist and later to Senior Business Services Specialist II. I got to my position today with hard work, focus, dedication, and strong attention to detail. I’m also considered a leader and a person that my peers can come to with questions and ideas.
In my role as a Senior Business Services Specialist, I have been given the opportunity to assist with projects and initiatives that help Pacific Life and my department become more efficient with processing our daily business. Being a part of these projects has made me really look at our daily work to find effective ways to change processes that been around for years and think of new ways to do our daily work.

When I’m not working, I am crafting, relaxing at the lake, taking my dog on walks, and hanging out taking time for myself at home. Pacific Life does a great job of ensuring that all employees have a great work life balance.
