Privacy Policies

During the month of February, Ohioans located in Columbiana, Jefferson, Belmont, Monroe, Washington, Athens, Meigs, Gallia, Lawrence, Scioto, Adams, Brown, Clermont, Hamilton, Hocking, Jackson, and Muskingum counties were affected by severe storms and heavy rains.  These conditions may have had substantial impact on the ability of some Pacific Life policyowners to pay premiums within normal grace periods.  Consideration will be given to individuals in unnamed counties on a case-by-case basis.

For individuals impacted by the above disaster, Pacific Life shall give up to 60 calendars days to pay premium payments coming due from the original premium due date.  No additional interest will be imposed because of this accommodation.

Any policy provision that imposes a time limit for a policyowner to perform any act, including the transmittal of information or funds, (e.g., premium payments coming due) with respect to a contract for insurance, during the time period of February 19, 2018 to May 24, 2018 will be extended by at least 60 calendar days from the date upon which such an act was otherwise due. This 60-calendar day period is not to extend past May 24, 2018.
