Business History
Mr. Teeter joined Pacific Life as a technology consultant for the Annuities & Mutual Funds Division in 1995. In 1998, he accepted a position as assistant vice president, Technology for policy administration systems. He was promoted to vice president, Technology in 2000.

In April 2010, Mr. Teeter was promoted to senior vice president and chief technology officer in the Retirement Solutions Division, the successor of the Annuities & Mutual Funds Division. He is responsible for the division’s Technology and Operations departments, overseeing the development of custom software/installation, customization and support of packaged software, desktop computing support, hardware and software, as well as, the maintenance and infrastructure of all application systems required to support the business requirements for contract administration, sales, and marketing.

Prior to joining Pacific Life, Mr. Teeter worked in banking operations and management with Union Bank from 1978 to 1980. He worked for Executive Life Insurance Company from 1981 to 1993 in various management positions including vice president, Information Services and Technology.
