PacificLife.com was thoughtfully designed for simple and logical navigation.  The sections below will explain how to use the navigation menus on PacificLife.com.

Top Toolbar
The top row of navigation is your toolbar that provides quick access to: home, help, contact us, my account, and search.  If you need to quickly return to the homepage of PacificLife.com, just click the “HOME” link (or click on the Pacific Life logo).  If you require assistance, then click the “HELP” button.  To communicate with Pacific Life, click on “CONTACT US” and select a method to communicate with us that is most comfortable to you.  Anytime you wish to gain access to your account, simply click on “MY ACCOUNT”.  If you wish to find information without navigating and looking for it, then you can enter a phrase in the SEARCH text box and click “GO”.

Main Menu (blue buttons)
The blue row of hyperlinks is called the “Main Menu” and provides access to the major products areas of PacificLife.com, and the opportunity to learn more about us.  For your convenience, this row will remain at the top of all pages throughout PacificLife.com.  The first four buttons list Pacific Life’s major product categories for individuals.  The fifth button lists our products and services for businesses.  Lastly, if you would like to learn more about us, simply click on “ABOUT PACIFIC LIFE”.

Tertiary Navigation (left-hand side of page)
In the event that the subcategories displayed in the yellow row of navigation can be further broken down into additional subcategories, then these will be listed in the left-hand area of the page.  In the example below, the “FINANCIALS” link was clicked resulting in an additional four options (2002 Financial Summary; 2002 Annual Report; etc).

Trails
Commonly referred to as “cookie trails” or “bread crumbs”, the Pacific Life Web site will record your path (or trail) as you navigate through the site.  This feature saves you time by allowing you to quickly go back one or several steps by clicking on a link within the trail.  A sample trail is shown below.
