Pacific Life began servicing commercial mortgage and real estate assets for third party, private clients in the 1970s and was an early participant in the commercial mortgage backed securities market beginning in 1985. Our servicing clients benefit from the Company’s perspective and expertise as a direct lender and principal investor in high quality real estate as there is a continuing focus on underlying real estate fundamentals throughout the administrative and servicing process.

Recently, Real Estate’s Commercial Servicing Operation has expanded its service base, and today offers a wide variety of administrative, analytic, accounting, cash management, document control and technology services in support of Pacific Life, affiliate and third party-owned mortgage, real estate, aircraft and inventory financing portfolios.
