Pacific Life employees love to give. Each year, the company has a United Way campaign that raises several hundred thousand dollars from employees.  Employees also participate in food drives, jeans days (where you donate $5 and get to wear jeans to work), and other charitable activities. Our Good Guys volunteer group provides service to the community and gives employees the opportunity to work side-by-side with each other on projects that benefit people in need.

Pacific Life has long recognized the importance of helping communities address and resolve their problems and has a record of community involvement that spans the 140-year history of the Company. That commitment continues to the present day and is reflected in an annual $5.3 million charitable giving program, distributed primarily through the Pacific Life Foundation. Grants are made to organizations that address a broad spectrum of social problems.
