NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — February 2, 2007 — Pacific Life Insurance Company’s Annuities and Mutual Fund s division was named by DALBAR as a 2006 Customer Service Awards winner, announced last week. This is the fourth time Pacific Life has been honored by the Boston-based financial services’ market research company for outstanding customer service.
For more than a decade, DALBAR has conducted rigorous testing of service delivery and, each year, identifies those mutual fund, broker/dealer, annuity, life insurance and retirement plan providers that are able to deliver industry- leading service to its customers.
