Pacific Life employees love to give. Each year, the company has a United Way campaign that raises several hundred thousand dollars from employees.  Employees also participate in food drives, jeans days (where you donate $5 and get to wear jeans to work), and other charitable activities. Our Good Guys volunteer group provides service to the community and gives employees the opportunity to work side-by-side with each other on projects that benefit people in need.

Pacific Life has long recognized the importance of helping communities address and resolve their problems and has a record of community involvement that spans the more than 140-year history of the Company. That commitment continues to the present day and is reflected in an annual charitable giving program, distributed primarily through the Pacific Life Foundation. Grants are made to organizations that address a broad spectrum of social problems.
