Business History
Mr. Bushaw joined Pacific Life's Retirement Solutions Division in 1994 as national sales manager with responsibility for the field wholesaling area.  Prior to joining Pacific Life, Mr. Bushaw had 12 years experience in sales and marketing of variable annuities and mutual funds.

In 1997, he was promoted to vice president with oversight of the internal and field sales management, broker/dealer national account relations, product development, strategic planning, and conference planning.  In 1999, Mr. Bushaw was further promoted to senior vice president, National Sales. 

In July 2005, Mr. Bushaw was promoted to a new position as chief marketing officer.  In this role, Mr. Bushaw oversees all sales and marketing functions for Pacific Life's Retirement Solutions Division.

Mr. Bushaw was promoted to executive vice president of the Retirement Solutions Division in January 2009.  He is accountable for the development, distribution, marketing, administration, and profitability of Pacific Life's annuity and mutual fund product lines.
