Anthony J. Bonno Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities Pacific Life Insurance Company

Business History Mr. Bonno was personnel manager for Illinois Blue Cross and Blue Shield before joining Pacific Life in 1978. He has since held positions of increasing responsibility within Human Resources and was promoted to vice president, Human Resources in 1989. In 1997, he was elevated to senior vice president.
Mr. Bonno has responsibility for all Human Resources functions including compensation, employee benefits, employee communications, employee relations, facilities services, payroll, talent acquisition and development services, and corporate technology.
