AIDS Walk Orange County

For 22 years, AIDS Walk has helped combat the spread of HIV and preserve the health, dignity and individuality of people living with the disease.  In 2008, the walk raised nearly $700,000.  These funds help provide food, housing, medical and dental services, transportation, benefits counseling, home care, prevention education, recreation, legal services, mental health, HIV testing, counseling and support groups.

Race for the Cure 2009

In 2008 this race helped raise approximately $3.2 million to fight breast cancer. Pacific Life has provided the race site and sponsorship dollars since 1991. The funds raised are directed to early detection programs in Orange County as well as for breast cancer research.
