Business History
Ms. Morby was a General Partner then a Managing Director of TA Associates from 1982 to 2002.  She served on the firm’s Executive Committee from 1988 to 2001. She retired in 2003 but continues to serve as a senior advisor attending partner meetings.  Formed in 1968, TA Associates operates from offices in Boston, Menlo Park, Pittsburgh and London and manages over $12 billion of private equity investment capital.  The firm invests in a wide variety of technology and service industries.  Prior to joining TA Associates in 1978, she held an administrative position at Hughes Aircraft Company.

Ms. Morby is also a director of: ANSYS, Inc. and Axioma, Inc. Pacific Life Responsibilities Ms. Morby currently serves as a director of Pacific LifeCorp and serves on the Compensation & Personnel Committee and the Investment & Finance Committee.
