Business History Mr. Niebla worked at Rockwell International for over 18 years in various technical and operational management positions. Mr. Niebla left Rockwell in January 1979 to form Infotec Development Inc. (IDI), a company that specialized in the design, development, and operation of large, complex computer networks for the U.S. Department of Defense. The company was listed several times as one of INC. magazine’s 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S. and was recognized in 1993 by Government Executive magazine as the 11th largest provider of computer systems to the Federal Government.

In 1996, after merging the defense business with a publicly traded company, Mr. Niebla founded a new company, Infotec Commercial Systems (ICS). This company specialized in training engineers in the latest software and network technologies. In 1998, Mr. Niebla separated from ICS and formed a new company, International Technology Partners, LLC (ITP). He currently serves as ITP's President. Through this company, Mr. Niebla is developing alliances with technology companies in Latin America to provide cross border technology services to companies throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
Mr. Niebla is also a director of: Granite Construction, Inc.; Integrated Healthcare Holdings, Inc.; LifeModeler, Inc; and Union Bank of California.
Pacific Life Responsibilities Mr. Niebla currently serves as a director of Pacific LifeCorp and serves on the Audit Committee, the Governance & Nominating Committee, and the Corporate Interests Committee.
